Welcome to PALO SANTO.

In these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to PALO SANTO, a Mexican artisan shop operating in Mexico.

PALO SANTO makes this website and online store available through the Shopify platform, including all information, content, products and services available (the "Services").

By accessing, browsing or using our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our Services.

1. LEGAL CAPACITY AND USE OF THE SITE

By using this site, you declare that you are of legal age under Mexican law (18 years old) or have authorization from your legal representative. You agree to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information at all times.

2. NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS (ARTISAN CRAFTS)

The products sold by PALO SANTO are handmade artisan crafts, therefore:

Each piece is unique and may present variations in color, shape, size, texture or finish
These variations are not defects, but characteristics inherent to handcrafted work
Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the final product

PALO SANTO guarantees the artisan authenticity of its products but does not guarantee industrial uniformity.

3. AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue products
Limit quantities per customer
Update descriptions and prices

Always in accordance with what is permitted by the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC).

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, you are making a purchase offer. The order will be considered accepted only when:

Payment is confirmed, and
The corresponding confirmation is sent by email

In the event of errors in prices or availability, PALO SANTO may cancel the order, notifying the customer and refunding any payment made.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are disclosed before completing the purchase. You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.

7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

No refunds or monetary returns are accepted under any circumstances. Only exchanges are allowed in accordance with the terms established in the shipping policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All product content on the site (images, texts, design, branding) is the property of PALO SANTO or is licensed for use. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

9. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

PALO SANTO may correct errors in:

10. PROHIBITED USES

PALO SANTO shall be liable for: defective products or failure to deliver should these occur. It shall not be liable for the natural wear of artisan materials.
